How to Cancel

Email us at contact@merdano.shop with your order number as soon as possible.

Cancellation Timing

• If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
